Many dedicated travelers want to visit Iran. The Peace Corps Iran Association does not endorse any particular organization, but if you’re scheduling Iran travel for 2016, this may help you start your search:

National Peace Corps Association is organized a tour to Iran in May 1026.  John Krauskopf, who served in Iran, was a part of that that tour.  His report will be posted soon.
